Thanks to Rentger we have been able to unify all management processes in an integral platform, with simultaneous access by different units and departments involved in the integral management of assets.
We have optimized the efforts and rationalization of resources of the management teams, reduced the burden in time and effort in administrative tasks of the management teams, total elimination of duplication or overlapping activities between different members of the management teams. This has resulted in a reduction of more than 50% in management time, which means a reduction of nearly 25% in indirect costs. In addition, we have increased efficiency by nearly 60% in improving the organization and coordination of business management processes.

Locare RE, is a global platform for investment and management of BTR (buld-to-rent), long term residential assets. It currently co-invests and manages two investment vehicles from Tectum, whose portfolios are in different phases of management and development, amounting to nearly 2,400 homes and an investment volume of over 360MM euros.
Locare's competitive advantage is its ability to integrate; to intervene throughout the entire value chain involved in investing, generating and operating portfolios of complete vertical buildings for rent.
Locare operates the assets through its own management platform called Holou-Nidum.
People directly involved with the use of the software:
* 12 people with crossed functions, work intensively against the system (without considering the users/tenants that simultaneously access to make consultations or execute actions from the platform).
Since the implementation of Nidum, Locare has been able to manage part of the portfolio in operation more efficiently, in terms of time, resources, efforts and equipment involved.
The advantage lies in the integrity of the information, the access in the cloud, delocalized, remote, from any point and any device, without fissures, the availability of the information in real time and the capacity to work in a transversal way between different functional areas of the company; from the commercial teams, the operation, maintenance, customer service and accounting teams, involving simultaneously and in real time more than 12 people in backoffice of different areas and locations, without counting the simultaneous access of tenants, managers and suppliers to the same site in an integrated way.
The usability of the software allows that with very few professional teams, it is possible to manage an important portfolio of houses each one with its particularities due to the capacity to consolidate information in a complete and 360º interface.
This has provided greater efficiency and simplicity in the implementation of back and front office processes, resources, systems and equipment, which translates into greater rationality and control of the indirect costs produced by the management of portfolios for rent.
Ease of implementation, as it involves virtually no deployment of large hard-soft resources or special telecommunications requirements.
What have we been able to achieve in terms of efficiency, some metrics:

From the beginning, the project with Rentger has been based on a very unique partner relationship in which, through a strategic agreement, a proprietary software is functionally scaled in a co-development regime based on Rentger's source code. This has given rise to Nidum, Rentger's replica software in which all of Locare/Hololu's own end-to-end rental management processes are consolidated.
The importance of the project lies in the formation of a multidisciplinary team of combined knowledge in technology and business for the functional development of a product from the founding origins of both companies, which for both organizations has meant drastically reducing the learning and experimentation curve in a unique product on the market, such as PMS integrated solutions.
Rentger has seen the birth, development and growth of Locare's pipeline. Likewise, Locare has known the project since it was a minimum viable product to go to market and knows the trajectory, potential and evolution of the software since its origins.
Therefore, the relationship of partners is very close, in which functionalities that provide greater efficiency and transparency to the rental management process continue to be developed and scaled.
