Do you have any discounts?

Our product is priced affordably, so we don't give discounts. We already offer our product at a competitive price. Our price is based on the savings we produce for our customers, 80% and more.

Is there a long-term contract?

No, we don't force you to do any long-term contracts. Our best price is an annual subscription, but we also offer monthly subscriptions.

What payments do you accept?

We accept online payments through Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If you do not have a credit card, we accept bank transfers. To arrange for offline payments, or if you have any questions, please contact our sales team.

What capacity must a computer have to run Rentger?

The program is in the cloud so you don't need to install anything. A computer, tablet or mobile phone with access to Intertnet is enough to run Rentger.
Rentger is responsive and adapts to all screens and devices.
Unlike other programs, Rentger being 100% in the cloud you can enter from anywhere, and you don't need to do any maintenance of the equipment and software.

How do I create an account at Rentger?

We'll be glad to have you on board! To start saving time and money in asset management with Rentger follow these simple steps:
You can create a free account through our website rentger.
On the top menu, click 'Register' and complete all registration steps.

There are three registration profiles:
Manager (property managers). If you manage both your own and third party property
Owner. If you manage only your own property
Tenant. If you are a tenant and you want your owners/managers to start using Rentger

How is data protection management for tenants and landlords?

Rentger scrupulously complies with all legality regarding user data protection, as well as GDPR compliance, providing our customers with the technological and legal layer for processing their customer data.

As for the data of tenants, suppliers or owners of our customers, Rentger does not use them in any case for commercial or private communications, but simply provides the Rentger tool (or Rentger white label), which is the 'Processing Manager', but the data is property of our customers.

Can I hire with few assets and as I grow I will bring in more?

You can start with one asset , and you can hire the pro plan with one asset and add new units as you get them. You can register and pay for everything online, first an asset and then the next.

After-sales service, and how do you follow up on tenant payments?

We are located in Spain, but we have customers all over the world. Customer service is always during Spanish business hours (9-17) Monday to Friday.
You can solve your doubts either by email ( or ) or by opening an incident in our help center.
Afterwards, depending on the volume you have, we offer free training for customers to help them take the first steps in learning the platform, both for you and your employees.
In addition we help you to import the data of your current program to Rentger, so that you have in Rentger all the updated data or all your data history.

Tenant payment tracking can be done in 3 ways: Manual

: For customers who want to keep track of all tenant payment allocations.

Recurring income: The system is told for each current contract which rent is going to be entered in the system automatically and with which status (paid or unpaid). The system enters the rents automatically with the indicated recurrence and status. If you enter the rent automatically with the status 'unpaid', the new rent receipts will appear in the 'pending payments' notices, and then you can manually change the status Bank reconciliation

: You can upload the bank movements where you receive the rent and the program 'learns' what concept and what amount corresponds to each bank movement that corresponds to each rent, so that the system makes an automatic reconciliation. This system can be combined with the 'Recurring income' so that the system enters the income as 'unpaid' at the beginning of the month, and then with the reconciliation it passes the paid income to 'paid'.

Can payments be made directly through Rentger or does the platform only serve to register them?

From Rentger you can make payments through online payment systems, you can use it to upload SEPA files to banks and also to register payments either automatically or manually with the bank conciliator or both.

Do I want to use Rentger but only some of its features?

At Rentger we offer you a complete tool to carry out all the management in an automated way. If you only want to use a part or you don't want to use all the functionality there is no problem, but just like when you hire a cruise or buy a vehicle that can reach high speeds, not using parts of the program does not decrease its price.
If you are a manager and you do not carry out full management, you can give your clients access to the application so that they can manage their payments or other functions from the application.
